Global Corporate Responsibility
Our company governs itself with the highest standards and applies global business ethics and corporate responsibility policies that enhance our corporate value. Our commitment begins with our people, through competitive benefit packages, educational training, a challenging workplace and a culture of diversity and inclusion where everyone has the opportunity to have a healthy work/life balance.
We identify solutions that provide shared value – to our customers’ businesses as well as to society and the environment. We minimize the environmental impact of our global operations by reducing our own environmental footprint, promoting sustainable travel and tourism through industry advocacy, and the development of products and services we provide to our customers.
We also invest globally in our communities by encouraging employee volunteerism on company time and through financial support, including corporate match of employee contributions. Our employees have donated more than 150,000 volunteer hours to support our community-oriented and philanthropic culture, which has also helped raise more than US$16 million for local charities since 2000.
